Because everyone needs a solid cream cheese frosting recipe in their cooking arsenal. I share ours with you to enjoy. It's easy to make, and even easier to eat.
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and margarine until fluffy.
Then add the vanilla.
Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
